Send clients the facts. Earn 20% of every kit.
When a client gets an ADA website letter, they call you first. Point them to the Letter Response Kit with your own code: they get 10% off, you earn 20% of what we receive, and the fix work stays with you.
How it works
You get your own code
Email us your agency name and we'll set up a code like
YOURAGENCY10, usually within a day.Your client gets 10% off
They enter the code at checkout and pay about $224 instead of $249 (plus sales tax where it applies).
You earn 20%
For every kit bought with your code, you earn 20% of what we receive, before sales tax: about $45 a kit. We pay monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal, for kits that are past the 14-day refund window.
The fix work stays yours
Due Effort doesn't build or fix websites. The kit tells your client what's wrong and gives their lawyer the facts. The fixes are your project.
The terms, in plain English
- No fees, no contract, no minimums. Either of us can end it at any time; kits already sold still pay out.
- No commission on kits that are refunded or disputed with a bank.
- Tell clients you may earn a referral fee when you recommend the kit. It's the honest thing to do, and US rules on endorsements expect it.
- Don't describe the kit as making a site "compliant" or "lawsuit-proof". It doesn't, and nothing can.
- This program is for web designers, developers and agencies. Lawyers can't take referral fees, so we don't offer it to them.
- If you earn $600 or more in a year, we'll need a W-9 from you so we can send a 1099.
What your clients get
A scan of up to 25 pages, sealed with a date, a summary their lawyer can use, a fix plan with steps for Shopify, WordPress, Wix or Squarespace, and suggested image descriptions. More about the kit.
